Innovation First
Harnessing AI to solve real challenges in education, not chase trends
An EdTech and SkillTech company founded in Bengaluru, NivaTech builds AI platforms that help students from premier institutes to overlooked colleges in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities research, launch startups, and enter the workforce through the institutions they already trust.

India produces nearly 9 million graduates every year. Yet across campuses from premier institutes to colleges in smaller cities the same pattern repeats: students who are academically capable but industrially underprepared. The gap between what universities teach and what employers, research labs, and startups actually need has never been wider.
Our founder spent over a decade at IBM partnering with academic institutions across India and ASEAN. The same pattern surfaced everywhere campus after campus, city after city: students full of potential, but without the infrastructure to research, launch, or step into industry. NivaTech is the infrastructure they always deserved.
We built three AI-first platforms not as isolated tools, but as a connected lifecycle. CampusForge Startup, Research, and Bridge work together so a student's journey from idea to career happens inside one coherent ecosystem, delivered through the institutions they already trust.
Our focus goes beyond the premier few to the many overlooked campuses across Tier-2 and Tier-3 India where tomorrow's founders, researchers, and professionals are quietly waiting. A Viksit Bharat is built student by student. NivaTech is where that journey begins.

Founder & CEO
Vithal Madyalkar's 27 years at IBM took him across every dimension of technology and innovation from software labs and consulting to services, alliances, and ecosystem development.
From 2003 to 2010, he led the IBM Innovation Centre for Partners in Bengaluru driving solution co-creation and partner ecosystem growth across strategic markets. It was also here that IBM's Global Entrepreneurship Program was launched in India, incubating early-stage startups and transforming campus ideas into commercially viable solutions.
For the following 15 years (2010–2025), he directed the IBM Innovation Centre for Education scaling technology skill pipelines across universities in India and ASEAN, contributing to IBM's global commitment to skill 30 million people by 2030. He visited campus after campus. He saw the same gap everywhere.
NivaTech is his answer to that. For someone who spent 27 years building innovation programs, skill pipelines, and startup ecosystems at IBM founding NivaTech wasn't a leap. It was the logical next step.
NivaTech is built in deliberate alignment with India's most important education and innovation mandates making it easier for institutions to modernise, comply, and deliver real outcomes for their students.
